Moving Forward, Through the Body
Trauma-informed bodywork designed to help you process stored emotions, ease physical tension, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive space
What Is E.R.T ?
Healing That Includes the Body
Emotional Release Therapy is a trauma-informed approach that combines bodywork, breathwork, and guided emotional processing to help you reconnect with what your body may be holding.
Rather than focusing only on talking through past experiences, this work invites you to notice how stress, emotion, and protective patterns can show up physically—and gently begin creating a different experience through safety, awareness, and support.
Who Is E.R.T For ?
You may not always have the words for what you're feeling—but your body often knows...
Feeling Emotionally Overwhelmed
Carrying Persistent Physical Tension
Feeling Disconnected From Yourself
Desire For Deeper Emotional Connection
Recurring Emotional & Stress Patterns
Compulsive Behaviors & Addiction
You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning…
-
We begin with a brief consultation to learn more about what you're experiencing, what you're hoping to work through, and whether this approach feels like the right fit for you. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and get a better understanding of what to expect before your first session.
-
Before deeper work begins, we take time to establish trust and help your nervous system feel supported. Through conversation, grounding, and gentle body awareness, we begin noticing where your body may be holding tension, protection, or discomfort.
-
As we begin the bodywork, attention is brought to areas that feel tense, guarded, or emotionally significant. Through breathwork, intentional touch, and guided awareness, we allow your body to communicate what it may have been holding beneath the surface.
Rather than forcing an emotional response, we follow your body's cues and allow the experience to unfold naturally.
-
When emotions, sensations, or memories begin to surface, you are supported through them with presence and compassion.
The intention is not to relive painful experiences, but to give your body an opportunity to experience them differently—with safety, choice, and support that may not have been available before.
-
After deeper emotional work, we create space for your nervous system to settle and integrate the experience. Depending on the session, this may include grounding, restorative bodywork, reflection, or simply allowing the body to rest.
The goal is for you to leave feeling more present, connected, and supported—not emotionally opened up without somewhere to land.

Meet Your Practitioner:
Hi, I’m Login Violette
I know what it’s like to carry a lot and keep moving forward while quietly feeling exhausted, numb, or disconnected inside.
I spent much of my twenties searching for relief from my own physical and emotional pain without always having the support I needed. My own healing taught me that sometimes understanding our pain isn’t enough—we also need a safe place to feel it, process it, and reconnect with ourselves.
After years of working closely with the body, I’ve learned how to stay grounded with people through the emotions that can surface in this work. I know what it’s like to hold things in for years—I went nearly a decade without crying.
That’s why this work feels so personal to me. When someone gets on my table, I genuinely look forward to creating a space where they can finally put some of that weight down.
“My goal is to create a space where you can finally put some of that weight down”

Questions Before You Begin
It’s normal to have questions before trying something new—especially work that involves the body, emotions, and nervous system. Here are a few things you may want to know before booking.
-
No. You are never required to share details you don’t feel comfortable discussing. We can work with what is present in your body and emotions without needing to revisit or explain every past experience. You choose what you share and how deeply we explore.
-
No. The work is not about forcing a breakthrough or creating an emotional reaction. We move at a pace that feels safe and responsive to you. You may be gently encouraged to explore what is coming up, but you remain in control throughout the session.
-
Emotional responses can happen, and they are welcomed without judgment. You may cry, feel anger, notice physical sensations, or simply experience a sense of relief. There is no “right” way to respond. The focus is on helping you feel supported and grounded through whatever arises.
-
Your first experience begins with conversation and connection. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to work on, and what would help you feel comfortable. From there, the session may include bodywork, breathwork, guided awareness, emotional processing, and time for integration depending on the service and what feels appropriate for you.
-
Strong emotion can be part of this work, and it can have an aftermath. You may feel tender, tired, emotionally open, or more sensitive for a day or two afterward.
Sometimes something unexpected may surface that you want additional support around. For that reason, I recommend giving yourself some space after your session and avoiding anything especially demanding immediately afterward.
The goal is not to leave you emotionally overwhelmed, but to give your body and nervous system time to integrate what came up.
-
If you’re new to the work, the Initial Consultation is the best place to begin. It gives us time to connect, discuss your goals, and determine which type of support may be the best fit before moving into deeper work.
